About this page
If you are a Mentor Specialist — you see the visits of the Associate Specialist(s) you mentor. Open one, read the notes, write your review, then approve it as Mentor reviewed or send it back to Draft. Your review is developmental, not evaluative (SS-NN1).
If you are the Academic Director — you see each Associate Specialist's phase, visit counts and sign-offs, not the detailed notes or review text. You sign off phase transitions jointly with the mentor (SS-NN2) and lead the Phase 5 Readiness Checkpoint, whose outcome is Certified or Extended (SS-NN5).
