Browse formal appraisals. The Lesson Observation tab lists every teacher's annual record across all schools — filter by year, school, level, or subject, and open a row to read the full file.
Check classroom evidence. The Classroom Walkthroughs tab pulls every observation visit across the network. Each one feeds the teacher's composite score and tells you what coaching support is landing.
Spot trends. The Trend Analysis tab rolls everything up — predicate distribution, average composite, year-over-year drift. Use it to decide where to send specialist time next term.
