What you do here
Read every teacher appraisal and walkthrough across the network in one place.
Browse formal appraisals. The Lesson Observation tab lists the school appraisers' formal observations and each teacher's annual record across all schools — filter by year, school, level, or subject, and open a row to read the full file. The annual F2 is the mean of all valid formal observations (at least three per semester).
Check classroom evidence. The Classroom Walkthroughs tab pulls every short walkthrough across the network. Walkthroughs are developmental only: they never enter F2 or the teacher's composite, but they show you what coaching support is landing.
Spot trends. The Trend Analysis tab rolls everything up — predicate distribution, average composite, year-over-year drift. Use it to decide where to send specialist time next term.
