Class Groups
Define class groups for each subject. Teachers can switch between groups to track progress independently (e.g. 4A vs 4B).
Objective Code Format
Define the objective code prefixes used for each subject. These appear as filter chips in the Teachers Hub Coverage Report (e.g. C1.1, E2.3).
Used to detect codes like C1.1 or E2.3 in objectives. Leave blank to auto-detect.
Used to calculate estimated teaching dates for each topic.
Term start date and total teaching weeks are managed in
Academic Calendar → Year Settings.
Teachers Hub reads those values automatically.
Teaching Week Schedule
Teaching weeks are synced from Academic Calendar → ⚙ Year Settings → Sync Teaching Weeks. Run the sync there after updating the academic calendar.
