How the tester list works
An email on this list gets is_hq_observer: true on its Sparkuna account. It skips the grade lock, can flag and star questions from inside the runners, and sees a "simulate level / unlock everything" view. It is left out of leaderboards, leagues, the School Cup and the engagement numbers, so a tester never changes real student data.
If the email already has a Sparkuna account, the flag is set straight away. Otherwise it is set the next time that email signs in to Sparkuna.
