Filter the list. Narrow by school, status (draft / submitted) or visit type. The pill row in each entry shows how many of the eight foci were rated Established, Developing or Not Observed.

Open an observation. Click any row to read the focus-by-focus ratings, the observer's evidence notes and the narrative fields: Headline Strength, Priority Development Area, Agreed Follow-up Actions and the Principal's Reflection.

Feedback first, then F2. Each visit is formative feedback in its own right, with no numeric visit score. The ratings of valid scheduled visits — Sept–Oct and Feb–Apr, with the principal told in advance — feed F2 of the annual appraisal (Established = 4, Developing = 2, Not Observed is excluded). Other visits are formative context only. Submitted records are immutable; drafts are edited by the original observer in AH.
