Launch and monitor a principal's 360° feedback cycle. One cycle per principal per window — pick the principal and the window, then copy the cohort invite links and share them with the three groups: staff (60% of F3), parent representatives (25%) and student-council representatives (15%).

Aggregation is automatic: once a cohort reaches 5 respondents, its mean is published to the principal's results page. A cohort below 5 is reported as insufficient response, and its weight is redistributed proportionally to the cohorts that met the threshold. Only the late-year / year-end cycle (W38) feeds F3; the mid-year cycle (W17) is formative input only (Principal Appraisal: Handbook 26-27 §7-§8).

Respondent anonymity is protected. Responses store no respondent uid, and individual responses are never disclosed to the principal or the Foundation Representative / General Manager. No 360° or F3 score goes to the FR/GM or the yayasan — they receive only the appraisal summary. Don't ask respondents to identify themselves outside the form.

Network-wide patterns across every aggregated cycle. Read-only roll-up of the data the Cloud Function publishes to principal_360_aggregates. Cohorts below 5 respondents are already excluded. These are internal Eduversal working figures — never a principal's appraisal result.

Late-year / year-end (W38) cycles with at least one cohort at 5+ respondents. Mid-year cycles are formative and are left out.

% of cycles where each cohort reached the 5-respondent floor.

Cohort-gap pattern

Mean per-focus score per cohort, network-wide. Big gaps = different audiences see different principals.

Per-principal trend

360° mean per cycle for principals with ≥2 aggregated cycles. Pills marked "mid-year" are formative only; only year-end pills are F3.
