How teacher review works
Sparkuna cannot tell a teacher from a student: both sign in with the school's Google domain. This page lists the Sparkuna accounts that look like a teacher. Nothing changes until you decide, because these signals are sometimes wrong.
Why an account is listed
- TH: subject teacher
- Strong. The same email has a Teachers Hub account with the
subject_teacherorsubject_leadersub-role. - AH: school principal
- Strong. The same email has an Academic Hub leadership sub-role (principal, coordinator, foundation representative).
- Has a TH / AH account
- Weak. A Teachers Hub or Academic Hub account with no teacher or leadership sub-role. Often a teacher, but check.
- Staff list: teacher
- Weak. The email is in the network staff list. The list can be out of date.
An approved teacher keeps everything already earned and can still practise. They leave the leaderboards, leagues and School Cup, and also Usage Insights, Student Activity, practice reminders and the Teachers Hub / Academic Hub Sparkuna views. Testers are handled on the Testers page and are not listed here.
