What to watch for during the visit. If the school's self-rating is
higher than what staff and students actually describe, drop the validated step — this is
not a sanction, it's the calibration mechanism. If it's lower, lift it and say why in
the notes. Recommendations should be specific and Eduversal-owned (what HQ will support
them with), not generic encouragement.
