Who can log sessions here. Only the principal's assigned coach or mentor who has a Central Hub account: the Year-1 Principal Mentor recorded in Induction Admin, who must hold active Eduversal Mentor Certification (Induction Module: Principal 26-27 §2.2), or the Year-2+ coach a central admin assigns on this page. A Director role on its own gives no access. A mentor who is the Foundation Representative / General Manager of a different school works in Academic Hub and cannot log sessions here yet. Central admins can read records for audit only.
The Last logged session date helps you keep the rhythm. In Year 1 the Principal Mentor meets weekly in Window 1, every two weeks in Windows 2–3 and monthly in Window 4 (Induction Module: Principal 26-27); from Year 2, coaching is monthly through both semesters (Coaching Cycle Framework). Cards are sorted alphabetically; use the search box to find a principal quickly.
Coaching is confidential. Neither session content nor how many sessions take place feeds F5 or any appraisal score, and the appraiser does not see coaching records. A principal's own Foundation Representative / General Manager has no access to this hub or any session (Principal Appraisal: Handbook 26-27 §2, §10).
