Write a short story (≥80 chars) about what you actually did — observation cycles, coaching memos, calibration notes, network initiatives — attach a file if it helps
Track the status next to your submission: Pending waiting for review · Under Review HQ has opened it · Approved lands on your Learning Path · Revise & Resubmit HQ left a note
