A read-only directory of partner-school teachers and the appraisal level each is
observed against. The level decides which F2 items are in scope on
Class Observation Entry — 30 items at
Post-Induction, up to 45 at Lead — so it is worth knowing before a school visit.
The count on the right is how many formative observations Eduversal has shared with that teacher.
A teacher moves up a level only on a formal recommendation from the school's appraiser,
backed by appraisal evidence and the minimum thresholds in the Teacher Appraisal Handbook (for example an annual F2 of at least 65, 70 or 78,
item floors, a predicate of at least B), and confirmed by school management in consultation
with Eduversal. It is never automatic, and never a demotion when it does not happen.
You are signed in as an administrator, so the level dropdowns are
live. Levels only move up: a teacher who does not progress continues at their current level,
so a lower level cannot be chosen here. Raising a level asks you to record whose
recommendation it was, the evidence behind it and the date school management confirmed it;
your name is saved with the change. A teacher left at not set is treated as
Post-Induction.
Levels are set on the teacher's profile by an administrator
(appraisal_level on users). Only a central_admin can
change them — a teacher showing not set is treated as Post-Induction.
