This is a Subject Specialist Formative Observation — it is not part of
the school's formal appraisal record. It never produces or changes an F2 score, and it never
enters the composite, the predicate or level progression. Only the school's own appraisers
(Subject Leader / Head of Department, Principal, Academic or Cambridge Coordinator) produce F2.
